In 2012, Ray planted some additional Cabernet Sauvignon grape vines on the property.

Ray, his son Michael, and daughter Rebecca, built and installed a new trellis system that year.

In 2013, more Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grape vines were added.

Ray and Michael also added more rocks to the dry creek that runs through the vineyard.
